We are excited about our NHIMA 2020 Health Data and Information Conference and look forward to an educational and dynamic event for both our members and exhibitors. An important part of the meeting is the exhibit time we schedule for our members. The exhibits are structured to provide maximum traffic flow and opportunity for contacts with the attending members.
Building on the success from previous meetings, exhibits will be held on the day with highest meeting attendance to increase your exposure to attendees. In addition, all registered vendors are invited to attend the banquet on Wednesday, April 29th from 5 – 6 pm and network with the attendees during this time, and are also welcome to stay for our keynote speaker from 6 – 8 p.m.

The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday, April 30th 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Attendee breaks and dedicated exhibit hall time will be held in the Exhibit Hall for all attendees during the following time frames:

The members and exhibitors will have an opportunity to participate in an activity that will give the members the opportunity to learn about your product and services your company provides.
Your exhibitor badge entitles you to sit in on any of the educational sessions at no additional charge.
Exhibitors will receive a listing of pre-registrant mailing information to assist with pre-show marketing.

All booths are 8 foot draped tables with two chairs and wastebasket. One outlet for electricity is included in the booth fee.
Exhibit set up will begin Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. You are free to tear down and leave following the afternoon break on Thursday.
