2021 NHIMA Board Elections
The ballot for the NHIMA Board elections will be open to active members of NHIMA on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 6 a.m. CT and will close on Friday, April 30th at 11:55 p.m. CT.
To access the ballot:
- Log on to MyAHIMA using your AHIMA user code and password
- Scroll down to “Community”
- Click on “Voting Center”
- Click on “Votable Ballots”
- Select “2021 NHIMA Annual Board Elections”
- Click on “Vote Now” after reading through the introduction
A description of each position is provided. Click on “Description” located in the right upper corner of each position to review.
You must vote for a candidate or select “I vote to abstain” before you can proceed to the next page of the ballot.
Vote for one candidate for the positions of President-elect, Treasurer and First Year Director.
Vote for three candidates for the Nominating Committee. The three candidates receiving the greatest number of votes will serve on the nominating committee with the candidate receiving the greater number of votes serving as chairman of the committee.
After you have cast your vote for all of the positions, proceed to the last page of the ballot and click on the box “Cast your Vote!”
You must complete this step or your vote will not be counted.
